Products | Ingredients

  • Our treats are made with human-grade, natural ingredients, meaning they’re safe enough for humans to eat, though they’re crafted specifically for your pup. We also use Grade-A proteins, the highest quality meat approved for human consumption and inspected for freshness, tenderness, and overall quality.

    Even though our ingredients meet human-grade standards, our treats are formulated with pets in mind. We recommend them for pet consumption only.

  • We strive to source our ingredients locally within Canada whenever possible, using fresh, natural, and human-grade ingredients. However, in some cases—especially for certain protein products—we may source from outside of Canada to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards.

    Each product page will clearly indicate where the ingredients, particularly proteins, are sourced from so you can feel confident about what you’re feeding your pup!

  • Always store treats in a cool, dark place, away from heat and sunlight. Reseal the bag after each use to help maintain freshness. For treats containing proteins, we recommend refrigerating them if they won’t be consumed within 3 weeks of purchase.

Orders | Shipping Info

  • All of our treats are made in small batches using natural, preservative-free ingredients. We strive to make every order as fresh as possible just for you and your pup! Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order. During periods of high demand, or around holidays and seasonal times, processing times may extend up to 2 weeks. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

    Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be updated after you receive the shipping notification email.

  • We currently ship across Canada only. While we don’t offer international shipping just yet, we’re hoping to expand into the U.S. in the future—stay tuned!

    Estimated shipping rates:

    Within the Greater Toronto Area: Subject to a $9 fee

    Within Ontario (outside of local): Subject to a $12 fee

    Within Canada: Subject to a $12-20 fee

  • Unfortunately, we’ve temporarily discontinued in-person pick-up due to high demand. However, stay connected with us on Instagram and subscribe to our email list to learn about upcoming markets and events where you can pick up your treats!

  • For all food products, items will be final sale and non-exchangeable to ensure and maintain health and safety reasons. If your item is unopened and in good condition, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions!

  • We understand that things can change! If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to assist. After 24 hours, orders are processed, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

  • At checkout, select 'More Payment Options,' then fill in your information step by step. Once you've completed all the required fields, you'll have the option to enter your discount code.

    Please double-check that your code is applied before completing your purchase, as we cannot apply any codes to orders that have already been checked out.

    If you forget to enter the code, unfortunately, we cannot apply it retroactively to your order.

E- Gift Cards

    1. Select the Gift Card option and choose the amount to put on the card from the dropdown item. Once the customer clicks Add to Cart, they will be directed to the checkout page.

    2. The customer will choose Email to Recipient or Email to You in the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page.

    3. After the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered using the chosen method.

    • Email to Recipient - The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.

    • Email to You - The purchaser will receive an email with the gift card details, which they can print.

  • Enter your gift card code that was sent to your email at checkout to apply the gift card balance. Gift cards can be used on any item at the shop unless otherwise specified.

  • If you happen to shop with us in person at a local market or pop-up event, you may use your gift card code! Otherwise, all gift cards shall be used for online purchases only

  • Your gift card code never expires!

  • If you’d like to cancel or refund your gift card purchase, please email us to set that up. Please note we do not refund gift cards that have a partial balance.

  • The recipient receives an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, the remaining balance appears.

  • No worries! Get in touch with us, and we will resend your email.

  • Unfortunately, customers who want to send the email to the recipient later should select the Email to You delivery option at checkout. You can then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time.

  • Customers can only select from the preset amounts offered on the dropdown item.
